Sweet Phoenix

Ingredients
Chicken
Chili Pepper
Hot Sauce
Olive Oil
Diced Tomatoes
Salt
Pepper

Sauce
- Equal parts Chili Pepper/Hot Sauce and Sugar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Add 1/2 a cup of Salt and Pepper
- Heat until sugar dissolves, mixing
- Let sit in fridge for ~24 hours
- When ready to apply, heat for 2 minutes (microwave)

Cooking
- Wash Chicken
- Cut slits into Chicken
- Let chicken marinade in sauce for 12 hours
- Bake in pan with sauce on 400 for 40 minutes, covered.
- Flip chicken.
- Bake on 400 for an additional 40 minutes, covered.

Banana Waffers

Ingredients
Vanilla Waffers
Banana
Sugar

Preparing
- Peal and Slice Banana
- Place 1 Banana slice on each Vanilla Waffer
- Top with Sugar

Egg Slap

*Ideal for using leftover rice
*Measurements need not be exact
*Be aware that the eggs will double in size

Ingredients
2 cup of Rice
2 Eggs
Chili Pepper
Hot Sauce
Soy Sauce
Ketchup
Olive Oil
Milk
Garlic Powder
Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper

Cooking
- Add 4 teaspoon each of Soy Sauce and Hot Sauce to the microwave-safe cup/bowl
- Add 2 teaspoon each of Garlic Powder, Garlic Salt, Salt, and Pepper to the microwave-safe cup/bowl
- Add 2/4th cup each of Milk and Olive Oil to the microwave-safe cup/bowl
- Add Eggs to the microwave-safe cup/bowl
- Mix together
- Microwave for 3 minutes with Rice
- Remove Rice, stir Eggs (will most likely not be done)
- Microwave Eggs an additional 2 minute
- Stir Eggs, making sure that they are cooked, then add to the Rice.
- Top with Soy Sauce, Hot Sauce, Chili Pepper, and Ketchup (~2-5 teaspoons each, depending on preference)

Diced Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
2 Eggs
~10oz Tomato Soup (canned)
~45oz Diced Tomatoes (canned)
Chili Pepper
Olive Oil
Hot Sauce
Honey Mustard
Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper

Cooking
- Add Diced Tomatoes and Tomato Soup to pot.
- Add 1/4 cup Chili Pepper, Hot Sauce, Honey Mustard, and Olive Oil.
- Add desired amount of Garlic Salt, Salt, Pepper.
- Add Eggs.
- Bring to boil
- Stirring occasionally, cook covered for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low (~3 on a 9 heat stove), cook covered an additional 10 minutes.
*Add precooked meats to sauce if desired

Chips
Hamburger Patties
Chicken
(etc)

Spicy Sausage

Ingredients
Link Sausage
Olive Oil
Honey Mustard
Hot Sauce
Chili Pepper

Cooking
- Cut Sausage into desired size.
- Add Olive Oil to pan until base is covered.
- Cut a slit into each Sausage.
- Fill slit with Chili Pepper, Hot Sauce, and Honey Mustard.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes on high.
- Reduce heat to low, cook until satisfied.

Hot Chick

Ingredients
Chicken
Soy Sauce
Chili Pepper
Hot Sauce
Ketchup
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Bell Peppers (Green, Yellow, Orange, Red)
2 Onion

Sauce
- Equal parts Soy Sauce, Chili Pepper, Hot Sauce, and Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Add a small amount of Garlic Salt and Pepper
- Mix
- Let sit in fridge for ~24 hours
- When ready to apply, heat for 2 minutes (microwave)

Cooking
- Dice Bell Peppers and Onions
- Wash Chicken
-
Rub with Garlic Salt and Pepper
- Cut slits into Chicken
- Fill slits with Bell Peppers and Onions
- Paint with Sauce
- Bake in pan with remaining Sauce on 400 for 40 minutes, covered.
- Flip chicken, apply additional sauce if desired.
- Bake on 400 for an additional 40 minutes, covered.

*For a spicier sauce, remove ketchup.
